1. Bauxite Mining

With an ISO 9001: 2015 compliant plant, in a short span of time we have gathered a distinguished clientele catering all major steel plants and auto ancillary. Quality goods and timeliness has been our hallmark. Our business is largely driven by able & motivated team of dynamic people. The company's success comprises of its consistent performance, excellent quality, prompt customer service as well as accuracy in delivering on clients' requirements.

2. Alumina Production

Bauxite must be processed into pure aluminium oxide (alumina) before it very well may be converted to aluminium by electrolysis. This is accomplished using the Bayer synthetic procedure in alumina processing plants. Four tons of bauxite are required to create two tons of alumina which thus delivers one ton of aluminium at the primary smelter.

3. Primary Aluminium Production

Primary aluminium is produced by electrolysis. Primary aluminium is delivered in smelters, where pure aluminium is extricated from alumina. The decrease of alumina into fluid aluminium is done at around 950 degrees Celsius in a fluorinated bath under high intensity electrical flow. At normal interims, liquid aluminium tapped from the pots is moved to the cast house where it is alloyed in holding furnaces by the expansion of different metals cleaned of oxides and gases, and after that cast into ingots.

4. Casting

Aluminium giving procedures are characterized a role as ingot throwing or shape throwing. During the main procedure, primary aluminium is poured into ingot which are thusly changed in semi and completed items. The second procedure is utilized in the foundries for creating cast items.

5. Recycling

Aluminium can be recycled again and again without loss of properties. The high value of aluminium scrap is a key motivating factor and major financial impulse for recycled. Aluminium recycled advantages present and future ages by saving vitality and other characteristic assets. It conserves up to 95% of the energy required for primary aluminium production, in this way circumventing from relating emanations, including greenhouse gases. The developing markets for aluminium are provided by both primary and recycled metal sources. Expanding demand for aluminium and the long lifetime of numerous items imply that, for years to come, the general volume of primary aluminium metal created from bauxite will keep on being significantly more than the volume of accessible recycled metal.
